The indirect battery pack holds the charge very well!  We never charged this unit for 15 months and it has been used every single day on almost every patient.

Hello! I have been using the 2-step slit lamp is my newest exam lane. The purchasing experience was seamless, with quick and simple set-up. The optics are crisp and clean. I have used Hagg-Streit for years, and find myself using the Ibex slit lamp more often. The LED lighting really makes a noticeable difference in identifying marginal corneal dystrophys. This IS the best quality for the dollar on the market. I most definitely will recommend your products to my colleagues.

LED light is so much brighter than the standard bulb, but the best part is that you don’t have to worry about CHANGING bulbs. The design of the Slit Lamp is similar to the Haag-Streit models, easy to handle and moves beautifully. But the true value is in its price. Starting a practice is expensive, but getting excellent equipment for a fraction of the cost is definitely a winner in my book. Love it!

When I first looked through the IBEX Slit lamp, I noticed the brighter, truer color of the LED light source immediately. This has made a big difference for me, especially on my anterior segment photography. It really is apparent when I look back at the more yellow colors of the pictures on my previous slit lamp.
Then next thing I noticed was the superior optics. Great quality and easy binocularity .even in the higher magnifications.

It has worked out nicely. We are using it currently to mount a retinal laser and it has worked out well. We are in initial stages of building out a satellite office with 20 exam lanes and will for sure put in IBEX Slit Lamps.

Optics are very crisp and that new lighting system provides a clean white light so it gives true color evaluation of the sclera and vessels.

The optics are outstanding, and definitely loving the convenience of the wireless headset – which is fairly lightweight and very well made compared to others I’ve used. Overall, a truly exceptional value and great upgrade in this technology. I am extremely pleased I decided to purchase two for my practice.

I left my IBEX BIO on for over 24 hours by accident and it still worked fine all the next day. Amazing! I am very impressed with the whole unit

The IBEX 2 Step Led Slit Lamp offered a view of the cornea I was not prepared for. The light source, and optical quality combination allowed me to see each layer of the cornea, better than any of my other slit lamps in the office. I kept finding myself moving patients to the lane with the IBEX, when i needed a more accurate view of the anterior segment. A keeper in our office for sure, I recommend the IBEX Led Slit Lamp without reservation.

1-The look and feel of the microscopes are similar to higher priced instruments.

2- Everything lines up correctly and moves beautifully.

3- The LED is definitely a winner. The bulb only consumes 1W but is much brighter than traditional bulbs.

4- I feel the material is great and the manufacturing is up to high standards, so I feel very good about my IBEX 2-Step Slit Lamp lasting a long time.

I am very proud of what you guys have accomplished. I think given the correct marketing you should be able to sell a lot more of these.

I have been so impressed with these Slit Lamps from the optics to the manufacturing that I have purchased 12 of them.

I am not one to skimp on my equipment and I always buy new and top quality. My offices have had only Haag Streit and Topcon Elite slit lamps. I saw the Ibex slit lamp at the AAO meeting and believed that it was a good alternative. I needed to equip a satellite office and saw a value opportunity. It turns out that not only do I find that the IBEX slit lamp is excellent, the brightness and clarity of the LED is superior to my non LED Haag Streit’s. I recommend this slit lamp highly because there is no sacrifice on quality but the cost savings is huge.

I have been an ophthalmic photographer for 25 years and the Ibex slit lamp has a bright enough LED light source so that most anterior segment photography can be accomplished without a flash. The images are stunning; true color and superb detail
